Your Florida property may be a rental or it may just be your oasis in the sun! Whatever you use the home for, you're not here to continuously take care of it - that's where we come in! We can ensure that your home is checked on a regular basis, we can look after your renters - whatever you need, just ask.
We understand that everyone has different requirements so we'll leave the quotations out of it here. Below, you see a list of services that we can offer in our Property Management Package. We'll tailor a package to suit YOU, so you can have the peace of mind to know that your home in the sun is in good hands.
And we won't charge a penny whilst you're in residence at the property!
In the event of hurricanes we'll ensure everything is moved inside & hurricane shutters installed, where necessary. Of course, the scale of charges will vary, depending on your requirements.

Weekly visits may include the following checks:
- Doors & windows locked
- A/C thermostat
- Water leaks
- Fridge Feezer
- Bugs
- Lights
- Blinds closed
- Alarm set
- Irrigation
- General security
- Mailbox
Prior to your arrival we offer the following service:
- Re-connect all appliances & check for service
- Turn water back on
- Run faucets to clear stagnant water
- Flush toilets
- Turn water heater on
- Set A/C as needed
- Lights on as needed
- Alarm set (if applicable
- Collect a grocery package (if required)
